its a single push button, you tap it once, one thing lights up, like some foot well lights, hit the same push button again then it shuts off the foot wells and turns on the cup holder, then the 3rd push is both the footwell and cup holders on.. no this is a specialty switch.. rat shack is lame when it comes to custom stuff..

It pretty much doesn't exist. You can buy quad-throw switches from electronics suppliers, but they are not inexpensive-- think $25+ for a single switch, and you'd have to fabricate a mount/bezel for it.
For a similar result, I'd recommend a rotary switch. So long as you plan your wiring diagram out right, you could get an eight pole (or more) switch to do any possible permutation of on/offs you could ever want.
