Default bodyshop scratched my windshield!

i left my car at the bodyshop for 2 weeks to fix a dent. i got my car back 2 weeks ago I just found out today when i look closely there are more than 30 DEEP scratches on the rear windshield. they did wash my car when i picked it up and probly dragged dirt all over it. should I go complain? is there a way to fix the scratches without replacing the whole rear windshield? i will try to get pictures up.

Hell ya you should complain. I mean at the worst they wont do anything about it, but if you go to the manager and really give it to him and the shop is in any way respectable they should replace it.
