The button was hard to make it look nice so I just decided to just keep the button black since I know by heart where the buttons are.

LOL.... Logitech MX1000 Laser mouse. the index card I got from walmart but I forgot what brand. The key chain is from some guy that took a huge huge handful of them from the SF Auto Show.

Just Curious... Where did you buy the vinyl at... I can't seem to find vinyl film anywhere!

 

i just bought a sheet from Hua... he did the VVT-i stickers for engine cover last time.

 

Just to let everyone know the new RAV4 uses the same shape key as the tC but its black and has the Toyota logo on it kinda cool, when I need to get a new key I will buy one of those.

 

That looks really sharp. I've always felt the gray color of the key left something to be desired. The black looks much better.

Are you interested in getting the vinyl sheet? I bought a sheet from Hua ($10 shipped for 3 feet x 14 inches) because I was planning to wrap my laptop black so it will match the interior of my car. Anyways PM me if you are interested I can get you some ordering info.

yay i went to my vinyl guy and he gave me a sheet for free that they were just throwing away. i hope i can make mine as nice as urs

any tips on doing it and how did u cut it properly without scratching the key with a knife?

use a Xacto knife for cutting
i wrap it first them cut it
bur before cutting use some heat to soften the vinyl and then use finger nails to find the edges.
not much to it but i recommend that yopu are going to do this more than once before getting it right

The key looks good! nice job! I use to have that keychain. I hated it!! It made soo much noise in your pocket or in your hand, it ____ed me off. So i bought the other scion keychain that the other dude posted. its much better!
