the site isnt too bad, but being that i work for an interactive design agency and work on two major automotive accounts, i got to say that you should at least color-shift the lip-kit images to match the colors they are describing. thats just one thing that really grabbed my attention.

just my .02 on the aesthetics of the site. its always cool to have another option of where to buy scion stuff. good luck with the biz.

I can say that the site is easy to navigate, but it isn't anything that I would go out of my way to buy from,

The prices are comparable to many OEM part/accessory vendors. I buy from mcgeorgeparts.com, scionpartspeople.com, and partznet.com. I sometimes buy from non-OEM-supported sites like ebay and others whose names I can't recall.

The one accessory that I have wanted for some time, but cannot even remotely justify the cost, is the silver/black leather steering wheel. Maybe when the tC is re-designed, these accessories will go down in price.

Get Scion Parts: I need a new passenger side front fender liner. On the site I see them labeled as right and left. Which one is the passenger side?

so we have a new scion website that features all the same prices of a dealership with the added expense of shipping and handling instead of us just going and getting it ourselves?

you gotta work on your hook there guy, your not going to win our bussiness because we can get new alternators from you for slightly cheaper.

nauticac--DRIVERS’S SIDE IS LEFT. PASSENGER SIDE IS RIGHT

draxcaliber--maybe some people would like the convenience of door step delivery or the huge database of OEM products some dealerships can’t provide. I am not trying to ‘hook’ anybody. We are providing a service. Yes we are in the business of making money, but we want to develop a loyal customer base and provide superior customer service. <----------Whoa I am starting to sound all grown up. But, seriously I hope www.GetScionParts.com can help some people out.

HippieCat—I had no problem navigating. Try again. I’ll get some computer guys to look at it asap.

i'm a bussiness major, i have a fairly good comprehension of how a for profit business operates. when i said "hook" i was trying to hint at your competitive advantage.

most of the online parts websites have considerable differences for online purchases instead of retail prices that more than make up for the cost of s&h.

you say that some people will pay the additional cost of s&h to have it delivered to their door. well i could probably just call my local dealership with the part number, order it through them and take my car to them to be installed and save on s&h.

i'm not trying to knock you man, but i toured your site and saw nothing that made me think "wow what a deal!" i think you just have some work ahead of you to really get your site going. you have to compete with www.trdsparks.com and mcgeorgeparts. both have good prices, good and fast shipping, and are extremly reputible and reliable. i'm glad to see another contender throw their hat into the race because competition keeps sellers on their toes and force them to become more innovative in going that extra mile to get your business.

so in summary, i wish you all the luck and would love to give you a chance and order scion accessories from you for my tc and my gf's xa, but your prices haven't won me over yet.

I appreciate your response. Like you said we are just another squirrel trying to get a nut. I have noticed our prices and I am fighting everyday with the decision makers to do something about it. I’m just in the marketing department so don’t shoot the messenger.

Are you from Maryland or just going to school there? I went to college with a few guys who went to HS in Maryland. If I recall Elkton and John Carroll are 2 HS’s that come to mind.
