Either someone put GM dexcool coolant or that's rust. Flush it out ASAP and get some Toyota coolant.

It was green coolant. A while ago mine was getting low and I started putting green in and that's what color it turns. Even though I have and xA, the coolant plugs should be the same place. I have two, they're white plastic plugs you unscrew on the very bottom of the radiator, on the side facing your motor, one on each end, and they're different sizes so they only go back in there side.

Seriously? I actually found it quite useful when I flushed my cooling system, you can see when it is nearing full without overfilling. Once you start the engine to get the temp up, you can also check to make sure the thermastat opens, and also see the air getting worked out of the system. It makes coolant changes much less messy, and if you do get a head gasket leak, it provides an immediate indicator of oil in the line or a coolant leak.

It's definately austentatious, but my definition of rice is a modification, usually poorly done, that provides no functionality and decreases vehicle asthetics, so I wouldn't really classify it as rice. Nitrous systems that have an LED lit purge valve but aren't hooked up to the engine on the other hand....

That just happened on my friends vdub and his car started to over heat. He blew a head gasket or something. But thats on a vdub probably not be the same.
