Default Bye to Scion, Sold my tC.

Well guys I just wanted to tell u that I just sold my tC half an hour ago, and I miss it a lot. I posted because I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my time here in the forums, and I will still be sometimes writing on it. Thanks for all the support, I learned a lot here from guys like enfi and the mods. Hope everything goes alright with u guys. Also, I sold it at 11,000 around here in PR to a dealer. Why? Cause nobody wanted to buy it at 15,000. By the way, the tC costs about 22,000 here in PR. In case u where wondering if I got a good deal, NOT. But I had to sell it, and as they say around here. "La luz de alante es la que alumbra."

Bye Bye tC:

I sold it because I had to pay rent and school in Orlando Florida. The paint I used for the rims is Subaru Gold. I had them paint at a shop around here.

What are you going to be driving? Or are you going away to school with no plans for a car?

The next time someone needs one from me, I will point them your way. You have the newer kit (no jumpers, just resistors and power supply) right? I sell a decent number of them, so I am sure someone would buy it off your hands for the same price you paid for it at least.

Wait so your coming to the states right?? Or is it like the main campus is in Orlando?? Just curious, though I'm guessing option a. Sucks you had to sell it, those rims and the BCP were nice together.

If you're going to Orlando, then you should meet up with the Scion clubs up there. They seem really cool.

Do you autox at all? If so, the miata, the mr2 or the civic hatch those civic hatches will really pi$$ some people off on the autox tracks .. sts has been won often around here by one. All of those cars would be decent for this though.

The 200sx should be decent all around. I have never met a reliable mitsu (well.. maybe the evo, but that is a little different story) so I wouldnt go eclipse.

I'm willing to autox after I prepare one of those choices. Thats the whole reason of that list. To participate in motorsports over there at the states. I'm looking maybe for autox or something similar to it. I plan to study at UTI, and then maybe attend a racing school at Florida. Not many choices, but enough to learn something. I think that would be one of the best mods ever, racing classes. Not many peopl go this route, but I'm willing to get all the help I need.

About Scion Clubs at Orlando, I already went there, very friendly people there, all willing to make friends. I visited one of their chapter reunions while I was on vacation over there.

Get an 8-6, 240SX, 300ZX, EG6, EK9, RX-7, or whatever you can drift with dude and mod it!

Then.... drive to Vegas, then sell it to me for a nice price you'll like and then GO GAMBLING and go home with another car to tune!

I did my research in the last 2 months. I saw there was the Spec Miata Class. But it's REALLY competitive. So I don't know. For anyone interested in Miatas, take a look at this website. A complete Road Rally Build of one. http://www.targamiata.com/index.php

Well I had to sell it, other wise me and my wife where going to Orlando to starve to death while doing part-time. Not a pretty sight for me. Also no one was serious about buying it, and I'm leaving in about 1 week and half to live in a whole different place. Hope it's for the best. Had to do it because I think it's the best choice.
