i have an early 07, got it in september, and mine was doing the same thing, luckily i got mine replaced under warranty, but maybe if you go in there since you just went out of warranty and its a commonish problem they can help you out.

 

i have an 07 and i'm actually getting mine replaced thursday ... the service writer at my dealership told me it is a known problem so you shouldn't have any problems with having them fix it ...
