Should i wait till my car goes over 1000 miles and the engine is broken in before i can add a cold air intake

IMO its a great waste of $ with little discernible notice in power. This has to be the greatest automotive scam since toilet paper oil filters! It sounds good though.

 

I know rite, I didnt break in my car either, I took it easy for about 10-15 miles then romped the ____ out of it ever since. Here I am at 70k miles and burning second gear past v6 eclipses racing them. you be the judge. lol.
PS. I can bark 2nd gear while Im already in it.

 

considering you can add a supercharger to a tc from day one, a cai shouldn't make a difference. a cai isn't going to hurt it so long as you properly install it.

 

im with drax on this one, anything that is installed properly will cause absolutly no problems, but just make sure you done suck sand in your motor like the dumba$$ that just posted the "help somethings wrong withg my tc" post....

 

I installed mine at 32 miles........ 9,400 miles later, it's doing fine still.
