Yup, no separate clips really, it's built into the waterfall; just grab the sides and pull. The top half comes off before the second half. Pull straight out, don't go side to side or you might break the "clips".

Like what they ^^^ said, just carfeully pull it outward starting from the bottom. Like you I'd want to see where those "clips" (claws) are located so I can be extra carfeul. Oh, be sure to close the cover first.

Here's a pic for ya...

I don't think those vents are meant to be re-attachable...I think you have to literally break them out.

The vents come out with the waterfall. Don't take them out. If you're taking them to a shop they'll just mask it off. That's how mine were done every time.

alright well there is a big ___ vent behind the entire waterfall which the heat comes out of then goes through the vents.

but you have to break them off. why do you need them removed anyways?

Hmm, when the guy at the shop did mine he just used a flat head screw driver to kinda pry them apart. No broken clips and there was less to mask off...

Are you talking about the actual ducting behind the waterfall thats attached to the waterfall, or the black plastic part you can see from the front (with the fins and ____)?

The vents cannot be removed, not sure about the ducting behind it though.
