ok here is the problem i bought a megan oem exhaust from a seller on ebay they are named bishopmotorsports . they were selling it for 315 and additional 47 for shipping. amazing deal i jumped on it. i bought it on the spot . the next day they took my payment bla bla bla. then i get an email sayin they want an additional 167 dollars because shipping for that size product went up ........ wow . isnt that illegal after purchase of item for a set price....? i reported it to ebay but god knows when they will settle this. let me know what you think about this please !

Well I'm sure they can "do" it... but if you paid the agreed price for the sale (what it was posted for) and now they're asking for more... ask for a refund. And if they don't give it, file a complaint through paypal to get your money back.

 

oh more than that lol . but im pretty sure the rules is after a sale they HAVE to ship for set price. its illegal to ask for money on side or else they wont ship

 

just get a refund and go elsewhere...........they cannot change listed shipping cost after sale is complete..........it is against ebay rules..........I sell a lot on ebay and it will not fly.........jsut get your money back then leave a "clean but to the point feedback"........

I agree on getting a refund, I can't say if it is illegal where they are (law may saw they have to refund you if you refuse to pay the additional shipping or some nonsense), but I think it is pretty unfair. Although I doubt shipping would really be that high (I work at a major shipping company) and for exhaust sizes/weight I wouldn't expect anything to break 75-100 going Ground, if it is going by air it would probably be in excess of 200.

Per eBays rules I'm pretty sure they have to ship at the advertised price, but once again, who knows.

This is why I don't like to shop off of ebay. I know there are a lot of good, honest sellers on there, but it's the bad ones like this that make me stay away. If I am considering buying some thing off ebay I always read the first few pages fo their feed back.

 

they had one bad feedback out of hundreds and it was like one of there first feedback . all of the feedback says they had great shipping price. what a lie lol

Get your money back and go elsewhere. Complain to ebay, BUT DO NOT PAY IT. If they are doing something that shady, then who knows what will happend with the product.

don't do what i would do. i repeat don't follow these steps to get revenge for on your money. this is illegal.
find where they are at.(warehouse, offices, etc). take pictures. log who works there and what they drive. check to see if they have normal day business hours or are a 24 hour. track movements of the employees and after hours security. find out what day garbage is picked up.(office standard trash and industrial crap from warehouse).
now with that in hand. ruin the company with cyber-terrorism or make it easy and wait for the place to be empty and burn it down. pm me for a link to an old school 'cookbook' that was banned years ago.
