car monitoring software
Is there any software out there that you can plug in to you laptop and of corse the cars computer to monitor your car. So in stead of a butt load of gauges you can just use your laptop.
A couple of months back i heard that the scangauge II would be upraded to allow you to hook up a computer to it. dunno the status of that, or if it is true or not, so anyone is welcome to correct me if im wrong about this.
Other then Scangauge, there is PC/Laptop based abilities to see a lot more details about your car.

You can track:
* 0-60ft time
* 0-60 MPH
* 1/8 mile time
* 1/8 mile speed
* 1/4 mile time
* 1/4 mile speed
* G Forces
* SAE Horsepower
* Torque
* Boost Pressure
* SAE Horsepower and Torque vs RPM graphing
* Speed vs Time graphing
Supposedly they also have bonus software (for more $ of course) that is specialized for each car manufacturer. I have already contacted them questioning if Toyota covers Scion vehicles, they are saying yes. I will have mine in a few weeks, I'll try to remember to post info .. pros ... cons...
