Default car wont start!! warranty question

I went out to start my car this morning. it turns over but it isnt gettin a spark it seems. I will have it towed to the dealership today i guess. Questions is: Do you think they will make a stink about the injen CAI? Could they blame that for the problems?

if its not getting spark the CAI has nothing to do with it.
If it wasnt getting air then maybe.

if your HIDs or CAI are the cause of your tC not starting, then it void the warranty on whatever component is failing. If it has no relation to the component that is failing and causing the car not to start, then your warranty is fine

Take off all your mods before going to the dealer.

Because they can just say your mods screwed something up, i would take it off when they fix everything put it back.

I had a similar intermittent issue, maybe you should try this. My xB would randomly stall on me while driving. I have a greddy supercharger installed so I was thinking oh f***, what did I screw up on the install. The cause ended up being a loose EFI fuse in the engine bay fuse box. The design has a notched solid piece of metal holding in one side of the fuse and two metal tabs holding the other. Apparently the metal tabs were bent too far open and I would lose power to my fuel injectors, stalling the engine. Completely unrelated to any of my mods and found by letting the engine run and wiggling the fuse, wiggling it caused the engine to die.

Your starter fuse may be loose, pull it and bend the tab side closer together with a jewelers screwdriver, then see if it still stalls. (Don't do this with the key in START).

cold weather and the battery?

that would've been my guess... did you even try to jump start the car?

that would've been your mistake there for not trying and wasting the money on towing and labor costs...
