Cheap Mods for a Noob?
What's up bro's?
I am a newbie here, I own a 07 tC (black with black int). I am looking for some cheaper costing mods I can do to my car. Everything is stock on my car except for tail lights (bought some after markets that work & look great), and a pioneer in dash touch screen gps. I also have some HIDS but that's it. I am looking to do some things to it this summer but don't have a ton of cash to spend. I do NOT want to do any engine mods at this time unless they are super easy. Any info & help would be appreciated!

LED interior bulbs for under $20. Vrd style grills are under $100 for upper and lower. What about window tint? ($220 in my area with life time Warranty). That's just a few things we did to ours so far. Check out other topics on here. see what you like.

Yea, the classified section is quite a nice resource for us.. poor people.. I just picked up a TRD axle back for 150 locally (thankfully he still had it sitting in his garage). I'm debating what to do for my next mod too. Pretty much between SRI and short shifter.
I've read up on some short shifters and many seem to agree that Megan Short Shifter, although it's a cheapo(like $70 brand new), works well for them. As soon as I save up another $100, I think I'll start looking for a cheap SRI and if none are available, I'll have to get that shifter.
BTW, removing the resonator from your stock intake box makes your car growl a little better when you rev too. Following a DIY post, I capped it with a 1.5" PVC cap and haven't had any issues yet.

Get some springs! Don't just get mods here and there just because you got some cash in your hand. Save up and get the right products. Quality will be better over time. There's a lot of little mods that can be done to help make your ride that much cleaner. Sometimes removing and emblem, painting something a different color, tinting something, adding something like visors and so on. Enjoy the whole modding process!
