That's only about 11% HP and 7% (!) torque driveline loss on that dyno sheet. That's pretty damn good if you ask me. Also, Toyota is very modest about power ratings, and usually the cars make more power than they say they do. Either way, 150 lb/ft to the wheels? I'll take it!

I dont really doubt the #'s. I have been in ALOT of tC's. I delivered one today that was way faster than any other tC so far. Sometimes you just get a freak from the factory :D

there isn't a big difference if any. usually with auto there is slightly more power lost b/c of the torque converter, but it's not too significant. I would say that the auto and manual would most likely punch out the same amount of power to the wheels. But it's a whole other story on the 0 to 60 times.

FYI: manual and automatic can sometimes be a big difference. In this case, an extra 5-10hp is a big difference since we arent talking about much stock power anyway. . . . but anyway... the transmission does make a difference.
