Default Clock Color Question???

Does anyone know how to change the background color where the clock is displayed so it can match the different color options that the radio display has?

How would you change out the LED'S on the display?

Inimical-I am refering to the '05, the '06 has a different stereo in it. But in the '05, there is a button with the letter 'C' where I can change the color.

You can only change the color if you have the 6-cd changer. I assume the 06 with the 6-cd changer can do this as well.

I could be mistaken but I heard the 06 comes with the 6 cd changer stock.

You are indeed mistaken ;)
There is no 6 cd on the 06. The stock is a single disc, and the upgrade is a single disc with iPod controls. I can't speak for the base stereo, but on the iPod version, there is a "Color" button right on the face that cycles through the available colors.
(There a pic of the iPod HU in my profile- in that oval silver center cluster, the color button is the triangular one all the way on the right- just left of the right-side ****)

uhmm no there isnt .. the only 6 disc is the 05 changer

the only radio options for the 06 are the ipod and regular headunit (both being different then the 05)

so if your dealer is telling you they can get you a changer.. its most likely an 05 unit

I can clear this up, the 05' you can get a 6CD, the 06' you can't. Its that simple, if you find a dealer that will give you the 6CD in a 06' car, you will be getting a 05' Deck Because thats the only year with the 6CD
