sorry for being blunt, but IMO both lights and new grills look extremely tacky, cheap, and disusting.

07 models look much cleaner.

yay for 07, boo for 08.

 

i like the lights. grill... not so much.

 

I agree with RnB180, not really fealin' the cosmetic changes. I like the new stereo though!!

hmm.. you guys that are currently hating on the new items..

as i always do with everything.. do not make final judgements until you see the car in person.

i had my doubts myself, but after checking it out in person.. they're not that bad at all.

ohh.. uhm.. there's no difference in the srs side airbags.. not sure why you pictured it..

 

my neighbor just bought one today. saw it up close and personal. i dig the headlights but the grill and tails gotta go. i told him i would sell him my stock ones if he wanted to get rid of his.

 

I like the sub....ohwell.

it comes with a sub now? haha.. that's one feature i didn't hear about.. i'd pull it out though

 

yeah i just found out about the sub a few days ago. its a cool feature, but would kinda suck if you chooose to upgrade cause youd have some excess room there if you take it out.

and im with tc-guy, the headlights are cool.. not so much the grill and the tails :/

the seat cover pattern, and the SRS logo are the same on my 07..... so yeah...

 

i think they shoulda increased it performance wise....imo anzo projector headlights look much better, but yea i would need to see it in person before makin my final judgements about it

 

na these are better quality than those cheap looking anzo's

 

They also changed the key fob back to rubber black.

I like the new '08 look.
The sub and airbags are standard, but the base price also went up.

For the love of God, can we please move on from how ugly the grills and tails are? There's already threads on these that bash the ish out of them. Let's not start another one.

First thing I would do with the Headlights is replace the blinker bulb with a chrome blinker. A cheap mod like that would really clean up the headlights. Second thing I would do is remove those "WOW" paper plate inserts. I'd rather leave it clean instead of having some big a$s piece of paper in there.

 

I know I told you it's just this weekend when I had the time to remove it.

 

I finially saw one of these in person last weekend. The grill I still feel the same about (don't like) The tails I could take em or leave em (that reflector bugs me a little) and the projectors look nice straight on, but when viewed from the back side you can see that bubble. Guess its all pretty minor and easy to replace. That sub feature is pretty cool.
