I've had my car for about a month now and just got my Scion Survey in the mail.....These are the complaints that I have......

1......The clearcoat on the paint SUCKS.....already have 5 chips and have only had the car a month.

2......The dash has a really bad rattle....so bad that I have to take it to the dealer.....

3.......The sunroof make a whistle at 80 mph and gets much worse the faster you go.

3....... The outer coating on the wheels is already starting to come off......what the hell is that all about...it's only a month old.

Other than those issues I do like the car.

Wow, thank goodness I dn't have those kinda problems for some reason... Knock on wood...

 

Well, I also have had it for about a month and I don't have any problems with the paint yet. Remember toyota paint is pretty brittle, and so, don't drive too close to the car in front of you.

I also have a front dash rattle, not too bad though. It seem to me like toyota really need to learn how to make their dashboards better. Had the same thing with my 05 highlander.

 

welcome to 2005, we have all had these headaches for a while now.
you bought a decently featured $17k car, i wouldn't expect it to be perfect
