Default Constructive Input

Hey guys good afternoon. I promise this is simple.

I'm in the process of getting an upgrade, but I dont know what to choose. The options are a sound system upgrade. Which basically means two 10' subs in the back, custom box so that they fit flush against the hatch, and an amp. Or, 18' black rims with chrome lip.

I dont know what to choose!!! If i get a sound system i think i might purchase the 10' slim ED subs. I have no clue when it comes to audio. So wouldnt know what amp to get or a better sub choice etc..

HELP

I'd go with the rims...but it's really what makes you more happy. Put that in your pocket.

Rims. For a stock stereo, the tCs is really decent. Wait until you blow a speaker then replace the whole system.
Until then...RIMS!

I missed that part. I agree, black only works on Silver and Red in my opinion. Gold is EXCELLENT on white though.

the reason i want black rims is because im going with a black and white theme on my car...

example.... tinted widnows, smoked tail lights, black painted emblems (back)...and maybe one day i would move the theme to my interrior..

the rims would compliment the whole "theme"

10' = 10 feet.
10" = 10 inches.

Doesn't mean much in this forum, and personally I couldn't care less, but in the interest of being friendly and helpful, it may make a difference at some other point in the future when the intent isn't as clear.

Personally, I'd go with the system. But I place more priority on things that function vs things that look pretty.

I can appreciate the b/w theme, and can imagine it'll look pretty tight, but just out of curiosity, have you cosidered white rims? I don't see it a whole heck of a lot, but daaaang it looks good. Especially with the blacked out windows. My buddy in high school had that set up, and everybody knew the "SPOOKY" CRX.

haha opps. I knew that, just didn’t hit the shift key. I’m sorry.

White rims you say? Would you have any websites where I could see a set of white rims and their prices? That sounds like something I would consider. White rims and black brake calipers!! HoTT. Would it be solid white? or do they have any white rims with chrome lip?

I think the only thing not white on his rims where the bolts. And I don't think he had them painted either.

No links man, I'm at work where the Evil Imperial Internet Oppressors block out most everything. It's kinda like China, but without the great health benefits and knock off goods.

System... I would rather please myself... with some bass pounding beats rather then show off a pair of rims that I hope not to curb or have somone bust around a corner and I have to curb my rims instead of losing a front bumper. (past history its sad )

System! stock speakers are nice, but u can't argue that u gotta feel the music. Plus, despite the fact that all tcs have the same rims...they are pretty tight. Ppl always compliment mine and I've had 2 offers to buy em.
