I bought my tC and I Cannot turn off my panel for the blower. I can turn the Ac off but the blower will still be going. Will I need a new panel or is there something I can do

could be the climate control unit, blower motor or wiring.

On the control unit can you turn the fan off and it shows its off on the display? Or when you try to turn it off the display still shows its on full?

Yes the climate control board. Sorry couldn't think of the name. It's the blower. When I turn the Ac off the blower is still on. I can turn it all the way down but I can't turn it off. When I press off it will not go off.

I don't think it's your blower resistor. Not trying to tell you the most expensive problem is it. But think about it, you can control the fan speed, that means the blower resistor is doing its job. The control board is not cutting power to the blower motor/resistor. It definitely sounds like the boar to me. I bet if you replaced the resistor you'd still have the same issue.

^yea sounds like control panel.
If your good with a voltmeter you can check unhook the blower and check the wiring.
