crashed in to my TC
some idiot in oakland (pittsburgh) crashed in to my TC
this is the second time this year (2 different cars)
and the 3rd time in 6 years (twice in honda civic)
all in oakland, none my fault

that's the same spot that mine got hit in. I was making a left turn and damn old asian guy "didn't see me", blew his stop sign and hit me... I was ____ed.
His insurance paid for everything though. The entire panel had to be replaced which meant it had to be cut off and a new one welded in. I'm not really happy with the work that was done, the paint looks terrible, there are a lot of swirl marks and there's a rattling sound that I can't figure out where it's coming from. After waiting a month though, I was glad to have my car back. I hated the rental that I was given (Pontiac G5.) Hope you have better luck than I did.
The shop does have a warranty on their work so I may take it back eventually when I can, I just don't have a lot of time now with 2 jobs. And as far as the bad paint, I'm planning on getting it 2-toned soonish so it'll be good =)

hope that youre ok. the car can be repaired easily, but if youre hurt, thats might cost a lot more than $3300.
