Custom tC Pedal Covers - Show Your Support!
Ever since I got my tC, I've been thinking about some nice pedal covers. So far, the solution I like the best has been the OBX factory accessory pedals. I have a set of machined aluminum pedals for my MX-3 which I like a lot. They're like these:

except with this finish:

As you can see, Autovation makes them. I contacted Autovation a little while ago and they gave me instructions on measuring and photgraphing the stock pedals so they could make covers to fit. To install, you remove the pedal covers on the clutch and brake pedals, then drill holes and mount the new covers directly to the metal. For the gas and dead pedal you use screws. The pedals would probably be about $100, or less if you didn't want the matte finish. They now have all the information, but they said it could take a while since they have a number of projects in the works.
So, in the hopes of moving up production of tC pedals, please post here if you think you would buy them once they become available. Check out the Autovation website to see the kind of work they do. If I see a lot of support, I'll forward the link to them and maybe they'll get them done sooner.
(P.S. - They might also be able to do a lighted shifter surround ring for the tC, but that would take even more development.)
Thanks!
Jason

Im going to make a homemade one
yeah right. I still cant find the right one... I want something that doesnt have too much grooves. I just dont like dirt getting stuck in them. The bottom one looks nice.
