Default Is this a decent price?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEDW:IT&ih=009

I was outbid, but I have the opportunity to buy one through a second chance deal....
Is this a decent price? Or should I let it go?

Thanks!

I guess what I'm really asking is:

Am I getting ripped-off by paying 169.00 for this tiny CF piece? Or is it worth the money?

It's not a rip-off at that price. It's more than a tiny piece of plastic or CF. That piece contains the hatch handle pressure sensor and the wiring which attaches to the pressure sensor. Toyota charges almost that much for a factory replacement.

I figured I'd have to transfer all the internals from the factory piece to the CF piece. Having said that, it sounds like even money as far as the price is concerned....

Cool deal!

IMO, no. It's a rip off. You're saving how much weight compared to the plastic piece... the weight of a stick of gum?

Besides, it looks stupid, IMO

Yes, you're getting ripped off.

CF hatch will cost you alot more than $169

LOL!!!

CFing the doors, hatch and hood would probably cost you as much as a forced induction kit. Might as well go that way.

IMO, the tC is a waste of money to trick out too extremely simply because it\'s driving the wrong wheels.

However, it\'s his money, he\'s welcome to waste it on whatever he wants. :D
