Short and simple I need to have 1 or 2 more workers because Im getting more work in then I can send out and at the same time be in training for a sales manager in Auto Zone.

The pay is commission and its just extra cash on the side I wouldnt expect this to be something to pay the bills yet but Im trying to make this business grow. I still have to work out how the pay goes. It really depends on how much is done and how much we bring in. Maybe 60 / 40 or 70 / 30. It depends.
