Default Dented left front fender/bumper

Dented my rear bumper/fender. On the left side of my tc. It's about a hand big.
It looks like it can be popped back out, but idk if I should.
How much do you think it would cost me?

Story is, i went to my friend's apartment, and i parked outside where the shade is. The shade has 2 poles that hold it up, and i parked right next to them.

I was mostly watching for pedestrians and cars rather then objects while i was backing up, turned my wheel right, and thats when i heard one of the most depressing sounds iv'e ever heard

Its actually only the top part bent, my bumper isn't really bad except for a few scrapes.

Find a body shop, most do FREE estimates, then instead of getting a crappy internet guess, you can get a real answer.

Thanks for the replies guys, i'll try getting an estimate sometime this weekend.
I got a friend said he might be able to do it though, so I have my fingers crossed.

If there's no paint damage, if should be easy to fix. Also, post pics of said damage.
