Take an image(photograph) and trace it in any vector program. Depending on how much detail you want each gradient and color has to be it's own piece.

 

i may sound dumb, but you dont know till you ask right?

whats a vector program

 

Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand, Etc.

Programs that create what I call line art(vector art). Basically computer drawings instead of freehand drawings.

Photoshop creates "raster" images as they contain pixels to make up an image. "Vector" art is different in that it has hard edges and no pixels.
