The only thing that can be done is to ask a fellow tCer to run his plates, give us an address, and take us there to remove the abominations and put on 4 new 13" donut tires to make us all rest a little easier.

He owns the car and he can do whatever he's free to do what he wants as we are, Unless you guys helped him at least a penny for him to purchase the car other than that leave his tastes alone.
