Default Door Panel Scuff marks

Anybody else have a couple of these on their lower door panels...I usually have to park in tight spots and the tc door is kinda top heavy so when I leave in a rush *scrape - The doors are plastic so I don't think I can do much but does anybody have any suggestions in how I can clean them up or get them out?

Are you talking about the rocker panels or the plastic at the bottom of the door?

I've got the same problem. The actual door panel itself also gets pretty scuffed up taking cd cases out/puttin them back in. Wonder if armor all or something like that would remove the marks.

Be thankful that you don't have the interior of the Celica. That interior was made out of the worst material, IMO, that Toyota has ever used. Your fingernail would leave a scratch (not scuff, a scratch) on it.

I got the door sill accessory from McGeorge. Nice price, looks great, and you don't have the scuff marks.

I think he's referring to scuff marks on the door itself...on the "map pocket".

Thanks. I could not tell exactly where he meant and when I saw "plastic" at the bottom, I thought it was the sills.

yeah it wipes off just fine with water...or armorall the interior EVEN though it doesnt shine at all...that will also get rid of the scuffs? also does anyone even use those hard to get into pockets on the doors? i think the placemnt and useability of them is horriable...they are useless spots

Bad enough i wear dress soes everyday for work. So my shoes are bing rped up to peices and so is my door. I mean yea you can wipe it off which is cool. But its the whole principle you know .

Maybe Scion should recall the doors and retrofit the doors with a Shoe Scuff Avoidance System...j/k.

So what do you suggest they use instead? Washable, durable plastic is probably the best material they could have put there.

Your feet are going to rub against the door sometimes. Period.

(This is starting to look like one of those "my cruise control is upside down and on the wrong side of the steering wheel" threads.)

Attach this on the side of the door where your shoe hits.

Now when you hit the brush it will shine your shoe at the same time
