The problem with doing it is the window frame on the back side window does not have the same over it and it looks silly when it does not flow all the way back........but yes it has nice new color matched paint under it.

i would only do it for a dark colored car... in this case FM or BSP.

yes.. it's painted under there.. but any other color vehicle besides those two... will disrupt the flow of the car as the contrast would not only make it look weird.. but it'll just look out of place.

heat is a very good thing when peeling the vinyl off.

I actually did this with my tC.

Took about 2 hours with the help of two friends and the 115 degree AZ sun.

The glue residue is a PIA to get off... it'll take a LOT of arm strength...

But the end result is fabulous IMO.

I put on the CF B-pillar appliques so the pillar doesn't look out of place.

Overall I am glad I did it and if I got another tC, I wouldn't do it again because it was waaaay too much work and I think I couldn't use my fingers for days. lol.

I do have pictures, but since I'm at work I can't access Photobucket. I do have some in my profile here on SL though.

^^^ top right- look at the driver side window where it meets the rear passenger window. It's blue instead of the stock black

didn't even think of the back windows. you are right, it would throw off the lines if the back windows could not be done the same way. good thing i didn't do it yet.

I think it looks good regardless IMO.

But it's just someone's matter of opinion to their own car i guess.
