well its not funny for me but my wife was laughing. So we were at the sawgrass mall... my wife with the xD, my mom with the celica and me with the tc.

I was in the parking lot my blue parking lights turned on when i turned the key to ignition.The cop was cruising in the next lane (isle?) when i started my engine ( of course i saw the cop ) i put the lights on so u cant see the blue leds...we drove off.. at the street which goes around the mall my mom took the left and turned to the right lane.... me and my wife turned to the left lane.

And the exit was right there so my mom stopped and she was waiting for us to take the turn.. nobody was around behind or front of us.. i believe the cop was just took the turn from the isle to pull up behind us.

My mom was behind me on the right lane waiting for us... my wife was front of me and well... she was slow as hell. I was flashing at her like 5 times to make her GO somewhere and she had all the street because my mom let her to take the turn from the left lane!

so we took the turn and of course the cop pulled me over. To be honest i think that he was rookie.... he came to my window, told me that he stopped me because of my blue lights and because i took the turn like that.............

well.. i told him that i WASNT driving my car with the blue lights! I have that lights only for car shows and when i started my car i put the light on so no one could see the those lights.

He was thinking what to say.. so he asked for my papers.

I told him that i took the turn like that because i was following my wife..... and he was hesitating with his answer!

He was just standing there and my mom and wife just parked next to me......................

like 3 parking spot away ( i was like: )

he was like: that is your wife? yes.. in the big red car ( compared to the celica......)

He walked there, probably told her the same thing except the blue lghts (:D) and took both of our papers.

Wrote the ticket came back to me he told me that i made a moving violation and i could do this and that and whatever and the officer woman -who was just arrived after my mom and wife- was standing at my passenger's window.

So i asked the officer : then what should i do in a situation like that? Dont follow my wife?
he was thinking hard then told me to go to the next exit.
Than he told me that if it would be a busy day then it could have ended with an accident..


well i told him that my mom was in the right lane so there couldnt be any accidant because she let us in to take the turn...

then miss officer at my right told me not to arguing with the officer ......

i told her that im not arguing i just asked something...

he was still standing there.. like they were waiting for me to stay something else too..

so i was like: naaah.. whatever i dont really want to .. then i stopped talking like i really dont care about the whole thing because whatever i would say it wont change anything.

then somewhy i mentioned to him that i was waiting in that lane that much because my wif was front of me and she was hesitating.. i was flashing at here like 5 times...

and he told me that he saw that too....



bottom lane.. me and my wife got a ticket............. both of us only for that run....

yes.. i took that turn like that.. but there was NO trouble..... the car in the right lane let us took the turn.. so what is the problem?????


until my wife showed up i thought he would let me go with a warning.

 

damn, that sucks... at least he didn't try to push the blue light issue... gotta love when rookie cops do stupid ____...

 

cop seem like a dick r u goin to protest it or sumthing

 

the blue parking lights are just a fix it ticket if he would of had written you down for that, as for your wife tell her to floor it next time and peel out j/k but seriously the cops always give BS when at the mall. i've been told to leave the mall parking lot twice for my exhaust while parked and ready to leave.

i understand where the officer was coming from.. but my mom let us in to the right lane to take the turn.. so i dont understand why he was b!tching...........


well.. its the end of the month.. he must give away some tickets.................. he was fkin lucky with us.....

i wonder why didnt he give a ticket for my mom.. for improper stop to let someone else in your lane...............

 

my biggest take-away from this story..is that it takes 3 people to drive 3 cars to the mall?? why couldn't you all hop in one car...

 

celica was on oil change and allignment

my wife was driving her around until my moms car was ready and i was coming from my work.....

 

that sucks..
