Does anyone have any Dyno numbers comparing the exhaust systems listed above? I'd have to agree with the above poster asking about the point of a axle back exhaust. My mind could be changed, provided I could see some numbers showing the difference.

RS*R, Espelir, what about these. I don't know how they dyno for the Scion, but on other cars like the Z and WRX, they rock.

I have a buddy with a drive on dyno and after I get Stylis' system on, I'll run it.

I am not going to run any "base model, no mods" pulls (becuase I don't care enough to do that frankly). The numbers I'll have are going to be what you'll have AFTER you've installed a full system (as you should IMHO). Injen shot ram, DC Sports 4-1 Header, and Stylis' full exhaust.

Give it a week or two to get it on and over to the dyno.

Then you'll know approximately within a few HP where you'll be with Stylis' setup (approx. becuase I am at sea level with dense humid air and we have better grade gasolines than many areas like CA.)

Don't forget to have your plugs replaced too!! NGK Iridiums make my motor purr, and make my foot heavier on the throttle! :D

p.s. Here is the Dyno from the manifold back system with 18inch wheels on and no other modds on. I need to do another one, because I have a lot more now!

I'd wait for some other companies to come out with some catback systems. Maybe Apex'i or Greddy. DC Sports makes total crap, Tanabe is great but I would only get a cat back system. Axelback is a waste of money will not give u the performance of a full catback system. Axlback is a cheesy and inexpensive way to get a noise out of your car.

hate to tell you, but the tC is also only gonna get axle back exhaust systems because the catalytic converter is on the manifold. The only companies that make cat backs are borla and Magna flow. And DC is actually pretty good for the scion, just loud! And of course the axle back will not give you the performance of a cat back. DUH! J/K But we have to work with what we have. Especially when all we have is an axle back available for the right price. :D

Default Japanese Domestic Exhaust...

If you're not going to do anything crazy with the car, bigger isn't always better. These days, exhaust are almost optimized out of the dealerships. I say stick with the philosophy of the Japanese people that make the cars. Axel back is good enough. Quality over quantity. We should keep speculations to a minimum.

I have the Blitz Nur Spec on mine. Not noticeably torquier but it sounds great and helps on top end.
