Explosive ...... What is it??
It's been so cold here in Utah lately, that this happened (and I"m not a Utah native, so it's not like I should've known better):
I'm an hour and a half ready before work, and I decide to leave the house and run a couple of errands. I open my door to this and two things run through my mind: WHO DID THIS, HOW??
Assumption #1: My dogs crapped all over the inside, b/c of the texture's color.
Assumption #2: A baby threw up all over.
But neither of these assumptions seemed even plausible. As I quickly examined the disasterous mess, there it was, glaring at me with an evil eye. My Pepsi.
Friends, don't leave a can of pepsi, beer, Dr. Pepper, Coke, Mt. Dew, Shasta, Cherry Pepsi, Vanilla Coke, Sprite, Diet Sprite, or anything canned in your car during cold or hot weather; just don't do it whenever cuz it'll explode!!
Lucky for me, the Pepsi was still frozen like a slushy and it all came off easily. I sprayed some water on the upholstery by the sun roof controls and it cleaned off easily without any stains.
...comments anyone?
What were your assumptions upon looking at the pictures before reading my story?
heh heh.. a girl I went to college with did the same thing with dr pepper... only the sun came up and it melted before she found it... all in her vents, on the headliner and all over the leather seats of her brand new car :D Glad you caught it before it melted!
first thought is that someone cut up your seat...it sorta looks like styrofoam from a seat or something...
That shouldn't be a bad cleanup, just have to deal with the smell that'll linger for a bit, but the stickiness will be the problem. It'll take some elbow grease, but you'll take care of it!

you should of put it in a bigger cup so you can drink your pepsi slushy after you cleaned it all up
I friend of mine did that in her show car a few years back ... she took it out because she was tired of looking at it in the garage ... just had to the itch to drive it ... left a can in the center consol ... and boom!
