i agree with you exactly...this smurf guy is contradicting himself over and over again and so forth. like you said, this is way worse than having a non funcitonal spoiler, cuz at least you got it for the way it looks. getting something to make like you got something you dont is ___ (the thing that makes the turbo spool up sound, the interfooler, fake purge valve, that fake big brake rotor, etc..

purge kits are as useless as an air ride system... all show, no benefits.

If you want a REAL tool, you get a high flow purge kit with CO2 and have it aimed outside the wheel well directly to the person you are racing. When you shoot his car with the CO2, you are taking away some of his oxygen and so depriving him from needed horsepower.

TRUE FACT MY FRIEND...ONLY TRUE PURPOSE FOR A CO2 PURGE KIT.
nice idea...

thats just rediculous...why would you want to do something so trashy to your car...no matter what brand it is.

My last car was a 99 Neon-nothing on the car was stock...it was seen by alot as being rice because of the body kit and painted graphics...but when it came down to it that 99 Neon was turbo'd and ran low 13s all day..got alot of suprised looks from Hondas, Mustangs ect when I whomped em at the track/street

And it really added to their embarrasment when they figured out I was a chick and did all the work myself, while they spent $$$$ getting ____ done at a shop or paid a buddy to do it...

If your gonna do mods to improve the look/performance of your car...do them right...have something to back up the purge or blow off, or any other mod, or dont bother...it will just cause you to loose alot of respect in the scene, not to mention alot of $ on items that are useless. For $200 and some looking Im sure you could find something that would actually improve the look or performance of your car-light kit, stereo component, graphics, guages, CAI, ect.

...about your quetion, im sure you could do something like that though ive never heard anyone doing something like this before.

Rice is rice. The problem isn't morons trying to make their cars look fast by putting on stickers and lame wings. Tuning is a bandwagon sport in itself. Every retard that has seen fast and the furious thinks they want a cool car like that. The real problem is 90 percent of the people tuning their cars have no artistic vision at all. For some reason everybody in that scene seems to think they magically got an art degree and are talented enough to design cars. It's a free world, so do what you want, but if it weren't for idiots puttin huge wings on 1994 nissan sentras maybe the term "rice" would'nt even exist now.

What you call "tuning" would be better termed "exterior decorating"

Real "tuning" takes place in the engine bay. No artsy skills needed there. Results are determined by timing clocks, not by show judges.

(serious question, I don't get it)
so they would look cool at a light spitting out CO2, but when somebody really goes at it and you get dusted, theyll look like an ___

that's the only reason I would do this...Not so people would think I have nitrous...all my friends know that I would never use No2...

I'd get it because I like the purge effect of No2...and for laughs...

Are there any systems that are strictly purge systems that dont actually hook up to the intake or throttle body??

do the world a favor and go play in traffic

...because who would actually spray N2O into the engine? Pep Boys tuners make enthusiast look bad.
