I use turtle wax ice wash, wax, and total interior care. Also windex crystal rain and armorall tire shine. I use wallmart brand wash sponge, cleaning towels, finishing towels, and waffle weave towel. To dry my rims I use an old standard towel. I debug my car almost daily and wash and wax every 2 weeks(or when i get bored).

It stays shiny but i'm not as hardcore as some people on here.

Yeah, I liked how the turtle wax comes out. The Armorall also gets the job done for that real wet look.

I haven't tried Mothers brand at all but I hear great things, may switch it up and try that on my next wax.

I'm sure there's something better than Windex out there, I've always gotten such poor results with Windex (just regular) as well as streaks. Maybe its something I'm doing wrong but I usually have better results with a canned spray. How about you guys?

It doesn't get any easier than ice synthetic wax. just spray on and wipe off. works on windows too. As for the windex I use it on everything between washes because it doesn't hurt wax. For glass i hit it with windex then wax(if required) then buff with a finishing towel. Comes out great.

Meguiar's. But if Meguiar's doesn't have what I'm looking for, I go for Mothers.

I swear by and only use MEGUIAR’S products. Nothing else touches my cars.

Car wash = NXT car wash
Clay = Smooth Surface clay kit
Swirl remover = SwirlX
Wax = NXT Tech wax 2.0
Detailer = NXT Speed Detailer
Interior = NXT Tech Protect
Wheel = Quik Wheel Detailer Mist and Wipe
Tire Shine = Hot Shine (Aeosol spray can)
Glass = NXT glass cleaner

I’m so **** I even use a Meguiar’s wash mit, wax applicator pads, and a drying towel.

Meguiars Mirror Glaze Ultra Cut Compound 105. Btw, you can't purchase this at local retailers. This can only be ordered online because its the shizzle dizzle. Arguably the best compound I have ever used.

I've heard great things about 105, do you use 205 afterward as your finishing polish? I've been thinking about using that combo once I get around to doing some much needed paintwork on my car.

yep but personally, I don't think the 205 is worth the money. I feel like it contradicts the 105 by putting more swirls and imperfections back into the paint. Either way, I bought a whole tube. The only product that I am not completely pleased with is the Meguiars G110 Dual Polisher. Its great when it works but has a short life span. I already had mine replaced after around 40 hours of buffing. So far, my recent buffer has close to 60 hours of use.

I've never been that impressed with Turtle Wax, but I just tried their "Black Box" on my BSP tC. It's a set of products specifically designed for black cars. It wasn't huge, but it did make a noticeable difference. I'm actually a little impressed. All the products have black pigment added to them, so, as an added bonus, it actually conceals the smaller rock chips that were full of the white buffing compound. I was worried that it would stain the plastic and glass pieces, but it came right off with no problem, although I was trying very hard to minimize the contact it had with them. I give it a thumbs up.
