Default A few questions before I order.

I am still debating between the Mazda3 and the Scion TC. I just have a few questions I need to clear up. Will the custom exhaust work with the Automatic and will the supercharger work with the automatic (or does it only work with Manual). Also, what color looks the best.

Thanks

I debated the same choice, and am greatly impressed with the tC...

You can mod an automatic almost just as much as a Manual, with an exception on the HUGE turbos out there...

You will be much happier with the tC... much better aftermarket and go with BSP... see my profile for good pics...

Thanks.

The place I want to buy it from has a Black Cherry Pearl, and they said they are getting in a Flint Mica by October. Do you think the Black Cherry looks good? I have never seen one?

I was making the same decision two weeks ago, 3 or tC. If performance is not the main thing a base 3i will be a good amount cheaper than the tC. However if you want a 3s it'll cost quite a bit more than a base tC equally equipt. What did it for me was that I really wanted a hatch and to even get the 3 5door base dealers were asking for 2-3 grand over MSRP and MSRP is something like 700 more than the tC. I have no regrets about going the tC route. The only kicker was that I needed the car ASAP and I could not wait for a car to be on order, pure dumb luck that I found a tC in town that was what I wanted.

If you do go the Mazda 3 route seek out the Gerber baby food Mazda coupon. $500 off any new vehicle. Work the price down and then whip that sucker out for an extra $500 savings.
