Default FFFFFFFFckkkkk... got rear t-boned....

So right after work, driving home...and boom guy runs the stop sign, hits my rear quarter panel, bumper and my wheel (est. speed of hit was prolly btw 15 to 20 mph...i was going about 25mph) and I spin 180 into a metered parking spot (thank goodness there were no people or cars there)

so before going to Geico Ins adjuster...any tips on what to ask/demand? you think i have axel/hub damage? I also have H&R coilovers..should that be of any concern with this kind of impact? I know i def need a new wheel...Any Recommendations would be good...i just want to get the best work done.... and all the problems found....

is it driving funny at all? it looks like its a bumper, quarter panel and rim. shouldn't be too bad depending on how the car drives but most likely ull have to jack up the car to really inspect it. his insurance should be paying it no? and a lawsuit is in order considering he hit u

Yeah you may have axel damage as well as possible suspension damage. My gf car had a similiar style of accident and she actually had frame dmg=totaled vehicle

Um, i would've sat in my seat with my window up until an ambulance came.

Where I wouldve said it hurts to move.

Fastforward 1 year, new car, and money in the bank. Send a thankyou card to the dumbass that can't read the big red sign. Coilovers should be ok though

yeah his ins should cover it. He was at fault. Im either hoping for frame damage and totaled car OR minimal damage....it all depends....if its totaled...I'm gonna have a brand new 07+ S/C for sale then....didnt even get a chance to install it.....and i dunno if i want to keep the car after an accident.....

I don't think it will be a total loss I had more damage on my accident and I 180'd onto a guard rail on the fork entrance of the cross island/souther state. my car hit the guard rail driver side front first the whip lashed my rear on to it too and my car had seriouss damage jus no frame damage at all. but it did cost 7/8k to fix, quarter panel, front and rear bumper, headlight, suspension, control arm, axle and other crap that I can't even remember, but my car does drive like a dream again

I would not call that a t-bone, it looks fixable from the pics I would make sure they quote out everything and list quotes for the aftermarket parts that where damaged and make sure they cover it.
