Yes it is a spec tc. I didn't want the sunroof after hearing about the problems plus I don't DD the scion. I got the rs3 seats out of a rs3 at at a junk yard in Ft. Worth. I bought the entire seats and I just pulled the rs3 skins cleaned them and put them on my seats because my seats had the airbags and the one from the rs3 did not. For 300 dollars I think I got a steal. I have trd struts and springs and the drop was even until I threw a 100lbs of sub/box/amp combo.

 

the wheels dont really go with the FM color for me.. not bad

Thanks guys. Some people like the wheels some don't but I think it goes good with the limo tint and the blacked out grille/emblems. In the future I was thinking about going with some gold wheels but it might be a while.

Yeah someone beat me to the grille and front lip but the car was completely totaled. The foam on the drivers seat was all messed up too so that was another reason I just bought the seats but only used the skins. I wish I could have gotten to the grille/lip but I was a day late according to the guy a the junk yard.

yeah that was the shop. Off of Tierny road or something like that. I wasn't going to buy them because they were dirty as hell but after reading you could wash the skins in the washing machine I bought them. I did buy a new drivers seat cover where your ___ goes because it had a rip in it but the upper part where you back goes was fine. When I first picked them up my girlfriend and my little brother(who also has a tc) thought I just wasted money. Now after cleaning the skins and using my original seat frame/foam they love them.

 

ft lip was wasted, i got the grill, i looked at the seats and he wanted crazy money for the rear lip, like 350 or something

yep it is a spec. And we looked at the same shop. That guy is a pain to deal with but I talked him down cause he originally wanted like 500 for the seats.

 

yeah i asked about the seats and he said 500 and i just ignores that whole topic after he said that, oh and 250 for a base model scion stereo

 

What size are your wheels?

 

The wheels are 18x8 +35 and the tires are 225/40/18. I'm lowered on trd's and even with the added weight of the stereo I don't rub at all. The dude at the yard was a douche and I spent an hour after I pulled the seats and everything he tried to go up on the price so I told him to shove it. Right when I hoped in my truck he started to lower the price. He said I'll do 400 and I put the truck in drive with he leaning in the window and said no. Then he got ____ed and said fine 300. The guy was a ***** though.
