nice, do you like having 17's RCZ? im still debating on going back to 17" stocks but not too sure yet?

 

I love 17's for the tc... i've used 1 set of 18s and 4 sets of 17s. 18s IMO don't fit the car as well and look a little big, plus the ride isn't quite as nice, etc.

Also the tires for 17s are cheaper and wheels/tires are lighter.

The 18s I had was the RS1 enkeis, they are a cool design but the size is eh. I like the beefy sidewall look

I was thinking about it since I sprayed the flat black, but now I don't know what color to go with again. I like the color it is now, but I duno.

Galactic grey mica (RS4 color) and BSP.

 

Thats nice too, the colormatched sides always gets me.

pretty sween ken. ive been against the idea of painting my interior parts but the more i see your work the more i think about it!

 

No I got them from a motorsport place not too far from me. I'm really not gonna do much more visual mods to the car. Well, scatch that... I'm not doing ANY more visual mods to the car. Next mods I have in mind are a crank pulley, header, high flow cat, upgrade the spark plugs and drive belt, plus a CF engine cover, front and rear strut brace/ rear sway bar, etc. Had the idea of puttin in two bucket seats for "extra comfort" and maybe a gauge pod for the nitrous. But that's when I have more money =]

 

Take it from someone with too many engine bolt ons, go boost or just get an axleback if you want sound.

The gains are there with full exhaust setups but too minimal to spend the money on.

Marx I did sell the wheels already, last weekend I think. An SL member from CA came over and picked them up.

Yanki I do plan to have them powdercoated "chrome" (which is basically just a highly reflective silver) eventually, but the black works for me for now.

Thanks DJ, i've always been a fan of black wheels even though their a little whored out now. Black with a chrome lip I have done and won't do again however. I'm pretty sure i'm done with wheels with a lip all together, don't like them on tc's too much.
