Sooo i don't even feel like explaining this because it happened less than 12 hours ago. In a nut shell, some dumb _____ ran a red light, she was going so fast that when she clipped my front end she spun her self into a 180 onto the other side of the street and ripped her back bumper clean off. The lady who hit me also had a license that had expired in 2003. If I had been going a little fast, or not have stopped where I had, she would have t-boned me and killed my boyfriend. I don't even remember taking the car out of gear or stopping for that matter, just getting out of the car, looking at my damage and screaming at the top of my lungs. I was two seconds from killing this POS. Anyways, she's completely at fault, and basically got arrested at the scene for 4 (four) offenses, driving without a license, speeding, driving with an expired license, reckless driving, and being a stupid ____ _____ and hitting my car. (yes, thats now an offense.) AND this ____ing woman had the nerve to YELL AT ME that I had run the red light. Really lady? Then WHY THE ____ WERE THERE CARS ON YOUR SIDE OF THE STREET STILL STOPPED WHEN YOU HIT ME. This is the only picture i'm putting up, i can't look at the rest of them
. Needs new hood, new bumper, both head lights are scrathced from the hood, bottom grille is gone, and i've lost my voice a little from screaming so much.

Have you talked with insurance about this? If she had a suspended license, I'm sure theres no insurance on her end. But what about your insurance?

If the insurance doesn't work out in your favor to replace all the damaged parts, and you want a 'less expensive' alternative, I have a bumper. It would need paint, but only has surface scratches - nowhere near the damage I can see on yours. I'm in Newton too, we 'chatted' about that before.

Thanks everyone (sorry for my language) She has an expired license, but the owner of the car does not WOOT. So i'm safe with insurance and what not. I've been on the phone with my lawyer, insurance agent, body guy and doctor allll dayyy. This is such a pain in the butt though. I guess it's just too difficult to follow simple laws..you know...red means STOP.

The most important thing is that you and your man are alright. The car can be repaired though we all hate dealing with it but life is more precious! Count your blessings at this point. Sorry to see the damage though. Good luck with dealing with all those people!
