ok here's the deal, i have the atp fog lights from ebay and i've been running them for a little over 3 months, and all of a sudden they dont turn on? i checked out all the wiring and the wiring that connects each fog light to each other was stuck to the header, there for unable to work properly, so i replaced it and still nothing??? WTF??? so now i'm at a stand still and dont know what to do? any help will be very appreciated and if you could supply pics explaining what to do, you'd be my VERY best friend!

WOW! i cant believe i didnt think of checking that! i'll do that tomorrow first thing, oh i hope thats all it its!

 

run a hot wire to each of the lights and see if they turn on, if they do then it might be either a blown fuse or relay if not then its the blubs. how did you have them switched?

 

i'm pretty certain its a fuse now, i got a completely different set of fogs and still nothing, so its not the bulbs or relay since they're new, if changing the fuse doesnt work then i'll be

what do you mean by switched?

 

do you have a stand alone switch for them or are they hooked up to your lights so when you turn on your headlights, they turn on too.

 

they're hooked up to my lights. and the lights work fine...

 

but there is a switch to turn them on and off once the headlights are on, and that lights up fine too

 

i am leaning towards a blown fuse. get a volt meter and test the wires. those come in handy in these situations.

 

does your the on the switch still light up? if thats the case then your oem plug to the APT harness is done. when MicE had them i had to hard wire it to a switch for him

 

yeah it still lights up, and i have a completely new set of apt fogs...

 

just double check. when MicE checked his fuse it was perfectly fine. if worse comes to worse you can hardwire it. just PM me and i'll help you out

 

check the ground flint. either that or your relay got fried.

well the relay did get fried, melted to the wires, i'll take everyones advice tomorrow and the winner gets a high 5
