I think it's a good idea to come up with a list where you can get free services around to save some buck here and there.

I just found out today:
if you sign up for pep boys' customer loyalty program (for free) you get:

Free lifetime tire rotation
Free lifetime brake checks.

 

I wouldn't let a pee boys "mechanic" even look in my car.

 

Lol, true. Good idea for a thread. But I wouldn't call tire rotation or brake checks a perk, I can do that in my garage. Now a free tire if you buy 3 or something, that I guess could count.

 

Spend $400 bucks with us, we'll tell you that your brakes need work and your tire has a nail in it for free.
