Check around with other Toyota dealerships within a couple hours of your location. My dealer wanted the same thing, but an hour and a half drive to a different dealer who quoted $200 made much more sense =)

Be sure to have them quote the spring install AND alignment when calling around, and don't let anyone tell you that you don't need to have it aligned after the install, because they're not paying for your next set of tires (although they may be selling them.)

2 Scion keychains.

If you don't get one, just ask.

I ended up taking off the Scion logo. Its nice but I don't need the extra weight on my keychain.

Note to self, never buy anything from Longo Toyota. This guy is obviously clueless. Talk to the sales manager and if he says no too, have Scion call them.

Sheesh.
Thanks for the info. Do you think people in fleet services would know about the oil changes? Cause I have a cousin that works there, thats how I got my tC.. :D

The people that deal with ordering cars from other dealers and stuff like that. Basically they're the ones that ask for the amount of cars they need.

Ah, in that case, they may know about it, but I doubt they'd be able to enforce it or anything. Just go directly to the new car sales manager, and if he/she isn't helpful, call Scion and report them.

I didn't get anything for free, but I did get two super awesome salesmen to deal with. They made the whole process actually cool! They were a blast, and still awesome everytime I go by the dealership! Thanx Shane and Mario!!!

Had the keychain before I got the car (autoshow), but I did get a nice carwash kit from the dealer (plastic bucket and sponge). No hat though...

Over at Longo Scion, you should talk to Verone. He's on this board too somewhere and he certainly knows about the 3 free oil changes. He's a Scion wizard and I love him. He was just too far away fro me to get my car from when I bought it.
