in this weeks edition of fsu's newpaper; the bottem line; they published a list of the hotest rides on campus they were as followed
1. 2002 mercury cougar (tastfully modified imo)
2. 2002 mercedes benz coupe (not sure, probably a clk 230)
3. 2001 mitsubishi galant es (okay, but too ghetto fabulous wannabe for me)
4. 2005 audi a4 (looks bone stock)
here is where i get ____ed off
5. 2003 ford focus se
6. 2005 dodge neon (not an srt4)
7. 2002 cadillac escalade (riding on cheap looking dubs)
8. 2000 lexus rx (for the soccer mom too good for a highlander)
i'll let the caddy and the lexus slide because they are luxury brands, but seriously, since when was a stock ford focus and dodge neon, the most dangerously uncool cars sold in america, become "hot?" how did my precious tc get looked over? how did the other half dozen tc's get overlooked? what about the kid who drives a black on black c5 corvette on campus everyday? i mean, whiskey tango foxtrot! i know it is just a school newspaper, but how could they do so blowfully? i mean, they didn't even have one of the schools really cool modified jeep wranglers featured...

maybe i am wrong, maybe these cars really are cool and i'm just ____ed and need to vent cause my tc got completely snubbed, you be the judge

naw, just the paper sucks, there are some nice student owned rides on campus, everything from nice tuner cars, civics, preludes, there is even a nice svt focus and lightning. cool 4x4s, a few rich kids with sti's and a cool lowered bmw 3 series. maybe i should redo this list for the paper.

 

 

Man, all those cars suck. Not one of them is even remotely nice. Who the heck did this list? I went to a small private school with like 2,500 people and there were ton's of cars way better than that.

 

Four words: Need For Speed Underground

The Dodge Neon was in the original while the Ford Focus was in both 1 and 2. The Scion tC has yet to make it into EA's Street Racing fantasy games, or into any other street racing fantasy games for that matter.

When it does, expect to see a lot of "ghetto fabluous wannabe" Scions, and expect it to hit the top ten college "pimped out" rides list.

 

yeah, but like i said they were stock, and if you listen to the voices when you pick your first car in nfsu 1, she literally says "wow, that is seriously weak dude." or something like that. anyway, yes a stock neon or focus can be well tuned and remodeled, but in stock form, they are uber lame. they were girls cars who don't even car about what is under the hood, or even tell you what the tachometer measures. the tc was in midnight club 3 dub edition remix, which was the sole reason i got the game. also i heard it was in the fast and furious game. also, compare a stock tc to a stock focus and neon, tell me which was is coolest.

But I didn't know Midnight Club 3 has the tC. Honestly, I've never played those games. But now, I might have to pick it up. :D

 

yeah, it is a fun game and is only 20 bucks, just make sure you get the dub edition remix and not the regular one or you'll be disapointed

Haha, don't take this list personally man. It's a fluff article and there'a always politics involved. Some are probably vehicles belonging to friends that the writer/photograph knows. Some are probably a couple of girls the guy wants to get with. Other crap too... like you always try to be "fair and balanced". You notice how there was a car from all class levels? (Senior, soph, etc). Cars from guys and girls.

Hmmm.... I'm guessing they had people on campus submit their rides to be judged and no one else submitted themselves that is why the focus and neon are in there. That is just my guess.
