IM not to much of a racing type due to the fact that i lost alot of friends to this hobbie or sport some of you might say. As i was driving home from work in my white tC , which by the way is great, i was getting ready to make a right turn on a approaching intersection but first i needed to switch to the right lane. As i was about to do that i notice a BMW so i speeded up to get in front so i could make the turn but the guy speed up too not allowing me to get in the right lane. After i tried the second time i knew the guy was eating S**t with me. So as i got the the street i was supposed to turn on there was a red light and the BMW 325i stopped right next to me. Mind you i was already upset b/c i was hungry and tired and this A**H**e didnt let me turn. So i watch for the light to turn green as soon as it did i gunned it when i looked the BMW was just about 1 meters behind my tail me on the right lane. once i hit 3rd gear i began to pool away and finally jump in front and slowed down to make a right on another street to head to my house. I was pretty impressed on how the tc performed. the car had great accerleration.

If you went against a standard bmw, they only have a little over 180 hp. So it should of been a good little race. Good for you dude.

I don't get the funny part either...
What would have been funny if he just revved his engine on the light.....the BMW launches and the tC just sits there....turn signal....switch lanes....then turn on the street where he's going.

But ya, it's bragging rights to beat the BMW though.

I was thinking the same thing! Rev at the light...let the Bimmer go screaming by, then calmly and slowly turn right. lol.
