Default Future Scion tC Owner

Hi, I am new to ScionLife and have found it to be incredible with Scion tC info. I went out to the dealership today and they are amazing to look at. Gonna get a Nautical Blue tC Mid-May probably.

Anyone got pictures of the Nautical Blue tC to share? Preferably with the pedestal spoiler...

Congrat's!
I just found this place about a month ago, and I've been in bed with pneumonia, so I've had a lot of time to read and post - it's a great place!!
Do more reading and figure out if you want to get any mods from the factory - some will say not to, but that all depends on you.
I got a lot of SCION mod's on mine from SCION, and due to my time and desires, I am happy I did.
Down the road, I'd like to add some things, but for now, it's sweet.
Great car, great place to hang.

See ya around.

I will use the Tein S-Tech Springs FOR SURE. They lower the front about 2.4 and the rear about 2.0. Have to get new shocks if I do the springs tho. Don't know much about the aftermarket shocks for the tCs. You know any good ones? I will also get racing seats for it also and do some sort of Forced Inductions, but haven't been able to find any good superchargers for the money. The TRD S/C gives 40-50 HP for like $3K (my guess on the price). So, yeah... It's gonna look very nice. Got any pics Scott???

Like I said, been in bed almost since i got the tC 4 weeks ago.
Then, today, I was going to detail and take some shots, and it rains again!
I'm hoping that if the weather channel is right, tomorrow will be the day.
I'm not going to do shocks until after the summer. Taking it in tomorrow or Monday to get the tint.
This car is really a lot of fun - I was looking at many more cars - all of which were a lot more money. This one gets all kinds of questions/thumbs-up and looks.

Was planning on getting a turbo and put a LSD in it when one finally comes out. But I have decided to save the modding for my 70 Porsche 911 and keep this as a daily driver. I am sure some modding will happen eventually, this car just asks to be modded.

Nice, has any of you guys "smoked" your tails? I am checking out the ones from www.headlightarmor.com and they look pretty good. But, I am skeptical about the film becoming worn out after a while. Any suggestions or feedback?

Here are my plans for it:
Tein S-Techs (Lowers the front 2.4 inches and the rear 2.0 inches)
Smoked or Stealth Tails (From www.headlightarmor.com)
Racing Seats (Sparco)
Stubby Antenna

I don't even have the car yet, but when I do get it, I plan to mod it like crazy and provide sweet pics for you tC dudes out there.

Turbonetics is actually coming out with a turbo kit for it. Goes from 160 HP to 300 HP at 8 PSI. I don't know much about turbos at all, so I am a little afraid to get one as they require SOOO much maintenance, so I hear from a friend of mine.

My bro has a tC, Black Sand Pearl. He bought it new when they first came out. It only has 11k miles on it. So far hes added Tein Coil-Overs with EDFC, TRD antisway bar, DC strut tower bar, and done a Sound Sytem and tinted his windows. Also im getting a tC pretty soon, tomorrow it should be at the dealership they told me anyways (the 16th) My first choice for color was BSP but my bro has that, so im going with CSM. Oh and his is Auto and mine will be 5speed.

Hey man, nice choice on the 911. I've been a fan of Porsche forever, someday to get a 1996 Turbo S. So, you're from Dunlap? Maybe I'll see you around. I live out near Kickapoo and Edwards. I ordered a BSP tC about 2 weeks ago, so I should get it in another few weeks.
