Well I decided to trade in my Toyota Matrix XR for a shiny new 5-speed silver streak tC! It came loaded with Scion Security, bumper protector, Hotchkis strut tower brace, mats, 6-disc changer, TRD exhaust, spoiler, curtain airbags, and a cargo liner. The sticker price was $19,750 and after the tax and extended warranty it was a tad over $22k. Man do I love this car! The TRD exhaust sounds sooo nice! Not too ricey, just the right tone... ugh, i fell in love lol. Had to get it! What can I say? I'm weak lol! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Good decision. IMHO, no comparison between the Matrix and the tC. Agree on the exhaust. Sounds GREAT....

I second that opinion! Before I got my xB, I was thinking about getting a Matrix. I'm glad I didn't :D . Congrats again, and enjoy your new ride!

 

My auto Matrix can spank auto tC... (the trix is at 165whp).

But I'm still getting a tC - want 5-speed bad, and want an engine that's decent without FI (a lot of potential ;) )
