Default got hit again!!!! why me?!!!

here's a rant as to why i might give up my tc. I love my tc but its brought me nothing but bad luck to me and my insurance. Well today i got rear-ended at an intersection by a '03 bmw 525i after only being 2 months being fixed by another rear-end accident. Ahhh i'm so freakin mad out of the 12 months i've had my tc a whole month of that it was in the body shop getting fixed. here is the timeline of what has happen to my tc.
-2nd day of owning her my mom drops a bike on the passenger fender.
-within 2 weeks of ownership a plywood plank falls on the driver side c-pillar
-the seventh month someone hits me in the parkng lot
-a month later my wheel falls off due to tire exploding
-a month after that someone rear ends me
-now some one hits me aagain from behind
these r just the major things. i'm about to give up on my scion and get myself an '00-'05 is300/end ran.... sorry i'm just a little ticked off right now

get rid of it and get your is300. your car is cursed now. its like, once the first incident happens, it will continue to happen. My dad got rear ended 4 times till he decided it was time to get rid of her. Knock on wood, nothing has happened since.

Sorry to hear all that!

I just about got nailed today by a huge truck. The guy in front of me randomly decided to stop an a 40mph road and let some other car turn. I stopped fine, but about three seconds after I was stopped I hear tires squealing and the next thing I know there's a huge-___ lifted truck parallel to me to the right off the road. At least he was smart enough to try and turn off the road, otherwise my rear would've been annihilated.

i dont wanna be an ___ but most ppl get rear ended because they caused it, maybe following the car in front of them to closely and stopping hard

i know i always watch behind me because im afraid of getting rear ended
so i always keep alot of space in front of me so i can slow to a stop lol

Good job, I'm tired of the spoiled kids that get everything they want. Of course all this happens to you instead of one of those kids.

But how much is the Lexus going to be? It has a 300HP motor right? That gas mileage probably sucks.

well actually the is300 is the older model and it only has 215hp and 219ft/lbs of torque so the milewage won't be that bad

Well I seem to be having a similar situation with my tC. I was following another tC on the way home at a safe distance when the girl driving that tC didn't even try to swerve to miss a retread in the road. I tried to dodge it but it went square into the lower grill and VRD. Luck has it the VRD survived but the cosmetics of the front of my car suffered. Then some neighborhood kid chose to ride their bike or scooter into my driveway and fell on my car. A lot of cosmetic damage to the back of the car, and I have no clue which neighborhood brat did it.

i do that too.. i try to leave a big enough space between me and the car infront of me, especially if the car behind me is driving too close to me.

If it is the same payments maybe you'll have less of an insurance payment. I saw one of the posts on here saying supposedly the tC is one of the most expensive to insure. Maybe you'll get lucky if you get one.
