Default Got a new Scion Tc

Here is one happy owner of new scion tc
I had this car for 3 weeks now, really love the ride and the good performance. Big improvement in handling from my 03 altima. I bought this from Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge. There where only 2 08 cars left with $17126 special. Cause the 09 models cost $ 600 more and it's the same car lol. They have change nothing from 08 to 09.

Some pics

I did put air on my tires back to manufacture spec and the tire pressure warning light went away.

You only put 172 miles on the car in 3 weeks or is that picture from when you picked it up??

I know I put over 100 miles on the first day and i lived about 10 miles from my dealership lol

well, the seat fabric on the '09's is black as opposed to black/grey...

they did change that... plus it's whole year newer when you want to sell it...

let the mods commence!

drop/tint/wheels/grills/hids!

I forgot to mention, only thing that I added was tint on all my windows at the toyota dealer. I know it cost a lot be they sure then an excellent job. Last time when I did my 03 altima, I took it to some local tint shop but they did an ok job. Tiny bubbles in the rear and the cut was not perfect at the edge of the drivers window. But it cost me about $150 then now.

Yea I love that color and that was the only one left.
If I want to add stuff to this car the first thing I look in to is performance. I don't know using TRD air filter will increase any hp at all. Or changing the muffler will do more. I notice it's really big the one came with the car.

the stock exhaust is big ur right..... a big piece of crap. and no changing those things wont make a difference at all. just buy a s/c or turbo.....

Not going to put turbo or supercharger any time soon. Does putting colder air intake like injen will boost any hp?

Yes but not really anythign you can feel. Well you can feel it a lil up top but not much. For some decent gains get Headers, CAI, Full s-pipe back exhasut with a resonator, and the NST pullies. For a better ride lower, get and ETD, and a TRD sway bar. Then tint your windows and get soem lightweight wheels and a good set of tires(the stock tires suck) and eventually you can save for a LSD.

I was never a member on nissan club but I did view the forums. Still nissan is better for performance wise. Like their new 6 speed manual v6 altima coupe or the new sexy G37 that is super fast but cost way to much for me to afford. I'm to young so my insurance will be sky high.
Scion tc beats it in terms of reliability and a lot less recalls unlike nissan. Cuz the altimas are built in USA same goes with the camrys which sucks now. Performance of tc is not that bad and is really impressive for it's class.

Would like add those performance parts but maybe one day. I don't have that kind of money to spend yet and I have to pay around $400 a month for this car. I wish they gave it a better muffler and headers then what is on the car.
