let's say i'm ____ed off... and yeah.. don't let anyone else drive your car unless it's like family or something... even then....

and yeah... my front passenger wheel... and strut... non existent. this happened 7/29.. look at my sig.

 

I wreaked mine this morning at about 5:15 am. Doing about 60 mph on the 55N it had been raining but at the time was only drizzling. The road was wet but not bad and i had no issues with sliding or anything until i went down a small decline that curved a little to the right and I spun out across three lanes into the center divider wall and then spun down the wall before coming to rest in the carpool lane facing the wrong direction. The only thing I can figure is that there was a big puddle that I didn't see and lost it. It came around so fast on me that I didn't have time to steer into it. The tow-truck driver told me that I was the fourth person that HE had pulled from that exact spot this morning. He said that there is something wrong with the road, that the dip combined with the curve creates a mean puddle and people loose it there all the time. I wonder if I can sue the city for unsafe roads. I mean a know that I am partly at fault here I guess, but at the same time if this is a common occurance I don't believe its entirely my fault.

 

So its confirmed my tC is totalled and now I have to get something else. Or maybe another tC but I don't know if I can bring myself to get another.

 

hey.. look to the left.... under my avatar.... that's right... i sucked it up.... and got me a new one... it's hard at first.. but the community was too much to give up.... scion is wonderful... if not another tC... a xA or xB.... just stay in the family..

 

Yeah I know what your saying I just don't know though. I mean I litterally woke up that morning and knew I was going to crash. It was creepy to say the least! I just don't know if it will have the same appeal to me now. It seems tarnished or something. Maybe it was the worlds way of saying move on. I mean after it got on the tow truck it was almost broadsided by a van. I think I would be tempting fate.

 

i wrecked mine last night cruising wal-mart.... it didnt even do that much damage... al it did was bend some of the metal and put a crack in the front bumper.... oh and it destroyed my brand new fog lights... but its kinda ironic because i had just come out from getting it washed at a nearby gas station... i was real ____ed last night and i posted but it probably had excessive cussing in it and the mods deleted it.... sorry

 

tC Kevin I feel ur pain man. I had the exact same damage to my car. Good as new again.
