Default Ground Kits--Make a Difference?

OK--

I looked in previous posts & couldn't find anything on this, so....

How effective are the grounding kits that are available in the aftermarket?

Example:

http://www.groundfusion.com/ProductDetail.php?gkid=24

That's just an example, but I've read (in the adds, mind you) that this frees up horse power and torque, bla, bla, etc. All of my other cars are rather old (40 years) & don't need grounds all over the place for electronics and E.F.I.

Also, what would the difference be between the $100 kits & the kits on Ebay....is it worth the extra $$$$$....Is it worth the money to begin with????? :?

So if someone could shed some light on the subject, hey I'd appreciate it.

If this has been discussed previously, forgive me. As always, thanks my Scion brothers & sisters!

i heard good things about the ground wire kits.

they DO NOT increase power or torque

what they do do (giggles) is they run all your electronics better and crisper. your headlights dont dim when the A/C comes on and your spark is a little better. some cars have said it increases power by 3 or 4 HP but i wouldnt rely on it. i think the ground fusion kit is cool because its all labeled and no hit or miss type of deal. some people ues them for looks. ill use them to function. havent gotten any yet, would like too but my money will go to more power or a better look.

you can make your own Ground kit. there is a how too in this forum somewhere. just get some wire (forgot what gaguge) and make some ground connections. but dont rely on me ;)

oh and also i did a quick search and i found nothing. this was discussed a while back but this search engine sucks @$$

I like your disclaimer written in bold. And yes, it has been discussed before. The search function sucks, and I am lazy. . . so you are on your own, unless someone else wants to help.
