Has anyone else had problems with their hatch pistons?
I have never heard of anyone complain about the pistons that hold the hatch open. I didnt have a problem before but recently they seemed to get very weak and almos wouldn't even hold the hatch up. When i opened it, it would just sit there and not open on its own no matter how high i pushed it up. I took it to the dealer and he said that it was under warrenty and they replaced them. I just got it back and the new ones are just as bad. I dont know if its just me or maybe the pedestal spoiler weighs too much.

Is it really cold.... hatch struts tend to get a little weak with cold temps....

I just took my TC into the dealer this morning for my hatch falling on my head last night! haha, they said both my hatch struts are leaking, one of them has visible fluid on the outside, they should be in this week, the dealer does not keep them in stock.
